Good public policy is the cornerstone of success
Fundacja Instytut Reform was created for the purpose of enhancing the standard of public policy in Poland, Europe, and around the world. In our opinion, good public policy constitutes the cornerstone of success in the economy and politics.
Our goal is to continually improve the process involved in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public policies. We strive to ensure that all the decisions made are based on evidence and serve the interests of the general public.
Our objectives cover all facets of policy formulation, including needs assessment, policy design, policy implementation, and policy evaluation. At present, we concentrate our efforts on formulating climate and energy policies and on sustainable development.
Mission statement
The objective being the evolution of the policy-making process from the very stage of formulating it right through to implementation, monitoring and evaluation. All this while ensuring that all decisions made are factual and in the best interests of the citizens.

It is our goal to build a reputation as a credible leader in Central and Eastern Europe by providing the resources and skills needed for appropriate regulation and institutions. We aim to collaborate with governments, businesses, and civil societies to create a better future for everyone.
